Provisional BER Certs

Provisional BER certificate is required in the case of new homes being sold or let “off the plans” before or during its construction phase. In this case our BER assessors have to carry out BER assessment on the basis of the plans and specification for intended dwelling. A provisional BER certificate remains valid until completion of dwelling or for two years. After that a full BER certificate must be issued taking to account any relevant amendments made to the dwelling details during the construction stage. Provisional BER cert is printed in black and white.
