BER Grant Certificates

Homeowners who avail for one of SEAI grants (e.g. wall insulation or heating controls upgrade) can combine it with €200 Before and After works BER assessment (BER certificate) grant. In order to qualify for BER certificate grant a minimum €500 grant amount must be applied. Applicants must ensure grant approval is received before proceeding with any product purchase or installation work. Homeowners availing of the BER grant may undertake the Before BER rating ahead of grant approval being in place.
